TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bridgewater Limousine will operate during inclement weather, unless a State of Emergency is declared by the Governor. Every effort will be made to run on schedule, but delays are likely in severe weather conditions. If a State of Emergency is put into effect during inclement weather it is against the law to have any vehicles driving on the road, therefore we have no other option but to cancel all rides until the state of emergency is lifted. If a State of Emergency is not in effect Bridgewater Limousine Service, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or postpone any ride that we feel will put our drivers and/or passengers in danger. Bridgewater Limousine Service, Inc. also reserves the right to increase rates when operating under adverse weather conditions.
Waiting time is charged at a rate of $5/per every 5 minutes. Waiting time is charged according to the following guidelines:
Customer are charged waiting time after the first 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time if they are not ready to go. Customers that authorize waiting time will begin immediately after the Chauffeur arrives on location at the scheduled pickup time.
Waiting time for airport pickups will begin after the chauffeur has waited the appropriate time for his designated flight listed below. Waiting time is benchmarked from the time displayed on the airport flight status monitor, which must show that the flight has landed.
For Domestic Flights – 30 minutes after a flight lands.
For International Flights – 45 minutes after flight lands.
All Cancellations require a minimum of 4 hours notice. If the driver has already been dispatched a $25 administrative fee will apply.
Morning trips prior to 9am are dispatched the preceding day by 9pm.
STANDARD DISPATCH PROCEDURE:
An Early Morning Trip with a pickup time before 9am is usually dispatched by 9pm the preceding day. All other trips are usually dispatched 2 to 4 hours prior to pickup time.
1. RESCHEDULING OF AIRPORT SERVICE is possible at no extra charge, as long as rescheduling is requested before the driver is dispatched
2. CANCELLATION OF AIRPORT SERVICE:
THE FULL FARE will be charged for cancellations in the two following cases:
I. Cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched.
II. If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call Bridgewater Limousine at 1-800-432-8706. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Bridgewater Limousine. You must contact us by phone.
A $25 administrative charge for service at EWR, JFK, or LGA airports will apply if cancellation is requested before the driver has been dispatched
3. CANCELLATION OF CHARTERED SERVICE:
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation of all charter arrangements (e.g. weddings, proms, night on the town, point-to-point reservations) to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% gratuity. A non-refundable 35% deposit is taken on all charters.
Proms: All prom reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. The full fare will be charged even if the service is not completed at the request of the passenger.
